After Ticketmaster receives your request, we'll reserve the tickets and send you a payment link.

Once your accessibility documentation has been approved, future accessible ticket requests may be verified automatically for up to two years. This process may vary depending on the event.

- Accessibility/wheelchair parking disk.
- Doctor's letter stating that you have an accessibility/wheelchair requirement.
- Any other documentation that notes your accessibility/wheelchair requirement.
